Each pair is bespoke and made to order. The support policy is specific on purpose: transparent and helpful to build long term trust.
Covers construction issues noticed shortly after delivery.
Includes one complimentary crotch seam mending for regular skating wear.
Each pair is made to order by measurement, so sizing-related returns are not accepted.
Spot clean when possible. Hand wash cold only when needed. Line dry only.
The 6-month support covers crotch seam mending only. It does not cover sizing issues, fabric damage, cuts, tears, burns, excessive abrasion, improper washing, machine drying, alterations, or damage outside normal skating practice. Buyer is responsible for mailing the shorts back for repair. Local Oakland drop-off may be available by arrangement.
